The Raritan Inn, a 275-year old former Victorian residence, underwent a two-year renovation by Asdal Builders into a five-room bed and breakfast.
The Inn is committed to the most innovative renewable energy technologies - solar power and geothermal heating and cooling. The innkeeper's residence is a residential power plant that has set the standard for environmentally conscious restoration.
 

Black River Commons Townhomes


Black River Commons is an elegant age-restricted townhome community located in the heart of historic downtown Chester, NJ. The Commons was built using the latest in energy-efficiency technologies, such as geothermal heating and cooling.

National Demonstration Project


Asdal Builders recently completed a national demonstration project in Pittsburgh, PA. This 1931 home was renovated for the ACI Home Performance conference in April 2008. 
The home was retrofitted using energy-efficient techniques and appliances, and won an Energy Star performance label for excellence. 

American Micro Homes

American Micro Homes is creating viable solutions for America's housing.
Its prototype in Salisbury Center, NY won an Awards of Excellence and continues to generate desirable results in low-cost heating and maintenance.
